Model Home Program

Distributor Program Parameters

• The Model Home Program form must be completed and signed by the builder, in conjunction with the distributors and submitted by an RMC Regional Sales Manager or Representative to the RMC Corporate office PRIOR to approval.
• The maximum credit provided by RMC for any working model would be ½ of the total squares installed on the home.  The distributor will furnish the remaining ½ of the material.
• Distributor will receive credit for up to ½ of RMC's selling price to the distributor on siding squares only.
• Based on approval by the Marketing Manager, credit will be issued by RMC in the form of a credit to the distributor within 30 days after receiving proof of delivery to the Model Home and completed Model Home Programs Builder agreement, which shall include valid invoices to verify the total purchase quantity for this agreement.
• If VSI Certified Siding is used on the Model and photos are available, the home and builder will be eligible to submit an entry in VSI's Annual Awards if Distribution contest.
