Performance Fund Program

The RMC Performance Fund was created to assist our qualified distributors with the sale of  RMC manufactured products. A percentage of your purchases on qualifying products are set a side in this fund for your use. It can be used on the incentive trips we offer, or for use in qualified, pre-approved advertising or marketing programs on a 50-50-coop basis.

One of our requirements is that the advertisement must be RMC or one of our brands: Fairfield, Fairfield Select, Oak Harbor, Duraspan, Timbermill Log Cabin, Insulside, ProPride or Spiegel Grove and if advertisement is printed, a copy must include one of the above logos.  No competitive brands can be named in the same add.

To receive 50% qualified advertisements, you must submit an invoice from the advertising agency (newspaper, radio station, printing company for mailings, yellow page advertising, etc.).  Invoices submitted for coop credit must be received within 60 days of the running of the ad and must include the following attachments:

1. Newspaper must have an original tear sheet from the newspaper for each date referenced on the invoice.
2. Radio/TV must have a copy of the script used, notarized by the station stating the number of times ad was announced and cost.
3. Yellow pages must have page from directory showing ad (if in more than one section, must have one from each)
4. Flyers/Mailers must have sample of flyer
5. Promotion Items (i.e. Hats w/Logo, Pencils w/Logo, Items purchased as awards for product purchases, etc.) copy printed on items should be shown on the invoice.
6. Outdoor billboards, truck lettering, etc. must have snapshot picture of advertisement
